 Description

nscannedobjects is almost always equal to nscanned. It those cases, it might be best to omit the nscannedobjects metric altogether, as it can be confusing. We do this with other explain() metrics.

Don't think there are optional fields, what are you thinking off?

Optional fields are much more confusing - especially for tools and things.
nscannedObjects should be different fairly often as well
