 Description

In several JS tests we use the sleep cmd with an hour+ time limit, and then run killOp to terminate the lock. We should formalize this into a library and consolidate the code uses.

I don't think there is a simple way of doing this, what with the async JS thread use, and consequently no longer believe it is worth doing since it would result in a complicated utility.

If anyone encounters this redundancy again, and wishes for a library, it would be good to build it on the spot so any useful code notion is fresh, if one can be found.
