We are not going to support wildcardProjection with wildcard indexes on time-series because we are only supporting wildcard on meta.$** and subfields thereof, whereas wildcardProject is only compatible with a top level '$**' index (SERVER-35328).

Partial index support may fall out of this. If so, either add it or file a follow up ticket to do so.
