Here we should only upgrade the metadata if requested_version is the version in which the metadata is enabled by default. Since this feature is not enabled by default, the safest thing would be to check if requested_version is the latestFCV and once this feature is enabled by default, replace latestFCV by the version defined in the feature flag IDL. |
