Consider adding an aggregation passthrough suite which will load either slim- or fat-format timezone data files before running the tests. The suite would need to grab a copy of the appropriate format files from some external source before starting. |

Per a discussion at quick win triage with bernard.gorman@mongodb.com, david.storch@mongodb.com and co., we're evicting this from the quick wins bucket. The likelihood of a new time zone info format change is low. |
