Sometimes it can be convenient to use the logv2 machinery that makes types and containers loggable to just format to a string instead of only output to the logger as logd does. A user defined type that you want to make loggable with logv2 may contain containers for example where it can be useful to re-use logv2's capability to format them in a human readable way. |
