| Description |

The packages in the mongo repository currently use explicit package names for dependencies, and there are a lot of unnecessary (and repeated) Conflicts tags in the packages, some of which have become inconsistent with each other over time. Let's see if we can clean up those Conflicts tags a little and use some Provides tags to simplify how dependencies are expressed. |
