| Description |

We discovered in the process of trying to implement server metapackages that providing an explicit package version also requires the revision, which may not be known to the end-user. In the case of metapackages, it would be preferable to have a version number without a revision. We can do this by making the default revision 0 and leaving it out of the package data. |
