Updating the fixversion since branching activities occurred yesterday. This ticket will be in rc0 when it’s been triggered. For more active release information, please keep an eye on #server-release. Thank you! |

Under this ticket, we should introduce featureFlagSbePlanCache. This feature flag will be a bit special because it should only be enabled when internalQueryEnableSlotBasedExecutionEngine is also enabled. At the moment, this means that the SBE plan cache should always be off except for in the SBE build variants. I believe that in order to implement this, featureFlagSbePlanCache should be added to fully_disabled_feature_flags.yml. This will ensure that the SBE plan cache is turned off in the "all feature flag" build variants (otherwise the feature flag would be automatically enabled in these variants). We also might want to temporarily leave the flag off, even in the SBE build variants, until the SBE plan cache is sufficiently mature? Not sure. |
