 Description

When a $lookup has been pushed into the find() layer and an explain is run, we should include the plan for the right side in the explain output.

Thanks david.storch, I'll make sure we leave the comment.

ethan.zhang eric.cox when this project is complete, it's worth leaving a public comment on SERVER-22622 explaining that when queries are eligible for the $lookup pushdown optimization, explain will now show what plan is being used on the inner side. It definitely doesn't solve the much-requested issue tracked by SERVER-22622, but it's a step in the right direction!
