 Description
  • If the initial hello command on a connection is made with the loadBalanced:true field, include a field in the response named serviceID of type ObjectID. This ObjectID should be generated at startup
  • This is to support drivers testing - this can be done before we’re verifying that the connection is through the Proxy Protocol

SERVER-58502 is a superset of this ticket, and we're handling that as a one-stop PR.

I really don't understand how this is different from SERVER-58502.
Is it a dupe?
