 Description

The BackupCursorService lives on the ServiceContext. This means it could return incorrect results, for example:

openBackupCursor()
returns files for collections A and B
closeBackupCursor()

drop(Collection A)
checkpoint()

openBackupCursor()
returns files for Collection B
closeBackupCursor()

In this case, it would still return Collection A's files as the map wasn't cleared.

Updating the fixversion since branching activities occurred yesterday. This ticket will be in rc0 when it’s been triggered. For more active release information, please keep an eye on #server-release. Thank you!
