resmoke ini currently always regenerates during sconscript reading phase. We can do better by making it a build node, and only regenerate when we really need to. We also want to translate it into ninja so that ninja can rebuild it, to support multiple ninja file workflows. |

I think I'd prefer to address this in a different way, by removing the need for resmoke.ini entirely. See |
