 Description

If MONGO_VERSION contains a patch version greater than 0 (i.e. 5.1.1), our calculation for lastContinuous will be incorrect, since bisect_left will place MONGO_VERSION greater than the latestFCV, which will set lastContinuous to be equal to latest.

Updating the fixversion since branching activities occurred yesterday. This ticket will be in rc0 when it’s been triggered. For more active release information, please keep an eye on #server-release. Thank you!
