Sometimes it would be helpful to have a server parameter accessible by getParameter when it is set neither as a startup parameter nor by the setParameter command (e.g. the way we do featureCompatibilityVersion). It would be convenient if, instead of having to override the constructor for this case, we could specify a "set_at" of "none" or perhaps "read_only". |
