There won't be a meaningful way to do this comparison: the hardware available to run Xcode 13 (the experiment) differs from the hardware we have to run Xcode 10 (the baseline), and we can't install the newer Xcode on the old hardware since newer Xcode requires Big Sur which is not supported on the older hardware, and we can't install the older Xcode on Big Sur because Xcode 10 isn't supported there. |
