When backporting from head to 4.4, the Scons node environment LIBDEPS_DEPENDENTS should become PROGDEPS_DEPENDENTS. There could be no way to do anything with this, so please feel free to close this ticket if it is so. From discussion:

lamont.nelson - Neither? It is supported, and has the same semantics as it normally does, but nothing currently uses it. Because of the structure of the link graph on v4.4, the correct thing to use there is PROGDEPS_DEPENDENTS, not LIBDEPS_DEPENDENTS. |

@acm So is LIBDEPS_DEPENDENTS essentially a noop on v4.4 or is has a different meaning? |
