Since mongocryptd is not really a "fixture", FLE tests that run in the all_feature_flag builders will need to manually setup the `setParametersMongocryptd`. Mongocryptd already has the code to pull from the TestData on startup. |

robert.guo this should be pretty simple to add a line to include the feature flags here, right? Are there any reasons not to plumb them through to mongocryptd? |
