Right now, TenantFileImporterService::learnedAllFilenames() tries to call recipientVoteImportedFiles on the recipient primary, then transitions to kImportedFiles state no matter the outcome. It should set its state only if the command succeeds, and retry on certain errors. Emulate how the donor calls recipientSyncData. |
