 Description

In the settings for a replica set member add a field called replicationSource which controls if the member can be used to sync from; no other member should sync from this member. This option is good for backup nodes, or hosts which are doing other workloads. The current primary should be considered to have a value of true, always.

This option set on all members would allow syncing from the primary only, which is not easily possible now.

We don't think this is a good idea outside of initial sync (SERVER-31487), since it could leave a node without a sync source for a long period of time unnecessarily. We are doing other work to improve the chaining experience.
