| Description |
|
Note that we won't store collation keys inside the index. We just need to ensure that the query plan has a collator plumbed through as appropriate (similar to queries which are run with a collation on a collection with no default collation). |

Note that we didn't add any support to create column store indexes with collation specified (or on a collection with a default collation), rationale can be found in the design doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zPxDTqhjKTE6XQtvQJm3Ygv6R_ScE3dbFBgKztjC9Ho/edit#heading=h.wdx8vpwm1qvm This change adds tests to validate that a query specifying a collation can use column scan. |
