Would basically do a merge, any old _id would just be trampled. |

From mathias on Could have a flag merge=update or merge=rereduce, depending on if you want to ignore the original value or combine it with the new one. Could also take a function there if you need something custom like age-out. |

This could work like views in CouchDB !!! But, I'm sure it will be faster !!! |
