| Description |

The "cloud" database command and associated dynHostName functionality was an abortive attempt to facilitate deployment in Azure. It didn't really go as planned, and now sits in the way of other refactoring and improvement. The associated code should be removed, and if we need to introduce a "role" abstraction separate from host names, we should spec it out more thoroughly. |
