 Description

After this node has been restarted, it goes through initial sync. But before it can complete initial sync, we kill the primary (which is the node's sync source). Because of this, it can't complete initial sync since it keeps receiving a SocketException, which is a RetriableError.

Requesting backports for 6.0, 5.3 and 5.0 since this issue can happen there as well.
