| Description |
|
I incorrectly made a tag doc that looked like: {ns:"whatever", min:10, max:100, tag:"foo"}(instead of {ns:"whatever", min: {shardKey:10}, max: {shardKey:100}, tag:"foo"}). The balancer started logging: "caught exception while doing balance: invalid parameter: expected an object (max)" which was pretty cryptic. |

We think this issue was resolved with the introduction of the Zone commands in 3.4. Please reopen if that is not the case. |
