Hi 15201915261@163.com,

We still need additional information to diagnose the problem. If this is still an issue for you, would you please:

  • elaborate further what command is failing to run for you, but is working on the config server and mongod's?
  • Archive (tar or zip) the mongos.log file and the $dbpath/diagnostic.data directory (the contents are described here) and upload them to this support uploader location?

Regards,
Christopher

Hi 15201915261@163.com,

I attempted running the commands you mentioned on a mongos in a v5.0.5 and v5.0.6 replicaset with 1 shard and 3 nodes, and am not sure what issue you're having. All mentioned commands work on the mongos, and the insert is visible on the test database after running it.

To get more information, could you please:

  • elaborate further what command is failing to run for you, but is working on the config server and mongod's?
  • Archive (tar or zip) the mongos.log file and the $dbpath/diagnostic.data directory (the contents are described here) and upload them to this support uploader location?

Files uploaded to this portal are visible only to MongoDB employees and are routinely deleted after some time.

Regards,

Christopher
