This suite could run a subset of existing jstests with Bonsai enabled (with the fallback in place). As of milestone 2 of CQF, the vast majority of the tests probably won't use the new optimizer. But all queries should return correct results. It may be that it's too complicated to write this passthrough, since tests which assert on explain output will likely fail. |
