| Description |

Currently some queries won't use CSI if sbeFull is off and there is no agg pipeline. This includes rooted $or queries with no pushed down $group. See here. This ticket is to ensure $ors can be run with CSI regardless of sbeFull. |

I'm kicking this out to m5 since the set of cases where CSI is not used but sbeFull is on is now just rooted $ors with no $group. The SBE perf project will hopefully enable these queries for SBE by default anyway, in which case this will be a non-issue. |
