 Description

This is a companion ticket to SERVER-66900. Whoever handles SERVER-66900 should probably handle this ticket as well, though they can be done as two separate tasks in order to make the work more incremental.

The motivation is exactly the same: We want to occasionally gather performance data from the system when the classic engine is used for all queries. The resulting data will be used as baseline measurements when comparing the performance of SBE to the performance of the classic engine. SERVER-66900 handles the "sys-perf" project, but the exact same thing applies to "performance".
