 Description

We're unable to build packages for 2.1.2 because of a new file perftest – this should be called mongoperf or something similar so that we're not polluting the namespace (on package builds).

Nope, it was actually me, attempting to get it to be built as part of the 'tools' target.

I assume I did it by accident while trying to clean up the SConscript back in January. I'll fix it.

It should not be in the tarball.

@andy, should perftest be included in the tarball generated by the s3dist scons target? (was it intentional? i can't remember)

Comment by Eric Milkie [ 09/Aug/12 ]

As a clarification, I believe that we shouldn't be putting perftest in the package..

Why is "perftest" a problem but "test" and "tutorial" and "whereExample" are not?
Can we just treat "perftest" like we do those other binaries?
