| Description |

The featureFlagCommonQueryFramework is disabled by default. We don't want to enable it because of the interaction with featureFlagSbeFull, which is testing the SBE stage builders and is coverage we would lose if both were enabled. Instead we'll add a new suite that enables CQF (without SBE full) and runs as many of the existing jsCore (and maybe aggregation?) tests as possible. Note that this suite will be different than the existing `cqf` suite since it will not force CQF and allow ineligible queries to fallback to the classic engine. |
