We have explicitly turned off the exhaust option here and here in the tenant migration code. We don't have reasoning behind that decision. As part of this ticket we should should either enable the exhaust mode, if not we should at least add a comment in the code why we are not enabling the exhaust cursor for future reference. |

Note: Though turning the exhaust cursor for small result set won't provide substantial perf gain, it's good to understand why we turned off the exhaust cursor support explicitly. |
