When we enable a feature flag by default in an FCV version and release it, we don't support then disabling the feature flag. However, technically right now one still could disable a feature flag. We should investigate whether we want to we prohibit disabling the feature flag once it has been enabled and released (such as by making enabling the feature flag remove it from the server parameter registry entirely so you can't set or get it). |
