Note: We have same problem as mentioned in SERVER-69050 if we drop the collection after the state doc is marked garbage collectable. The current plan is that that SERVER-67372 will delete the recipient state document in it's run method and ttl will no longer be used to remove recipient state docs (SERVER-69235). So, doing this change should be safe. CC christopher.caplinger@mongodb.com
