On macos, build profiles set toolchain clang, but that doesn't make sense. We can select different defaults based on the host OS
A/C: this should also include test and windows

Out of curiosity, do a lot of developers build on macos? I think we can pretty easily add support for macos as described in the description. We should probably disable ICECC on macos as well. |
