| Description |
|
When a time-series collection does not have a meta&time index, we skip query-based reopening in order to avoid doing a full collection scan to find a suitable bucket for inserts. But if a collection does not have a meta field, an index on time would avoid a full collection scan so we should account for that scenario by checking for a non-partial index on time. |
