For tests explicitly testing validator behaviors on collections with existing violating documents, it's hard to prevent the background validation from failing on those non-compliant documents. We might want to return warnings during background validation for testing. |

There will be problems with foreground validation in the fuzzer tests too so closing this ticket and doing the revert instead. |
