| Description |

When running tests, a missing feature flag for an experimental should not cause test failures. This is most recently illustrated by the experimental columnstore feature, which currently will cause a jsCore failure if it's either not excluded from test suites or enabled with a feeature flag. Testing experimental features should be opt-in and when-available instead to prevent confusion. |
