| Description |
|
Once we have an interface to represent a queue of work with customizable policies, we'll want some way to test the behavior of those algorithms. The idea here is to make some sort of simulator which runs on ticks (rather than wall clock) with mock pieces of work to add to the queue. The "runtime" (in ticks) of these pieces of work can be artificially determined in order to observe the behavior of the queue in such a scenario. |
