 Description   

The oplog application logic in OplogApplierImpl::_deriveOpsAndFillWriterVectors() requires the logical session Information to be present in the oplog entry for a partial transaction. It would be nice to include an invariant to avoid dereferencing a boost::none if the field is missing.
