 Description

Problem Statement/Rationale

Please fix the problem by not deleting Microsoft redistributal files. They are system-shared!

Steps to Reproduce

Install MongoDB, Community edition on a Windows 10 Home computer. Compass is probably not needed. Then uninstall it.

Expected Results

Don't expect any problems with other products after uninstalling MongoDB.

Actual Results

See an error message on Firefox startup reporting that Firefox could not be started because file vcruntime140_1.dll could not be found.

Additional Notes

This is a redistributable C++ library for a range of recent years.
