I've windows server 2019, running community edition 5.0.6. I see service is been configured correctly and runs under 'NETWORK SERVICE' account. I've attached minidump for your reference, I believe analyzing this dump file should reveal the cause of restart issue. Also attached log, search for text 'SERVER RESTARTED' in that log file to get more details Really appreciate if you could revert on this at the earliest |

Beside "Access Denied" issue, there are some other causes as well, service still restarted multiple times. Here is the log, I'm unable to figure out the issue. This is latest logs See attached log file., there is dump file but couldn't analyze it. Mostly it says - "Unhandled exception","attr":{"exceptionString":"0xE0000001","addressString":"0x00007FFBFA1D9319"}} mongo-support-log-ticket-SERVER-73725.txt attached metrics as well - metrics.2023-02-23T23-24-28Z-00000 | |

Thank you for your report. The following failure in the mongod.log:
indicates that the mongod does not have the necessary permissions to rename files in its dbpath. I would suggest investigating other tasks on the machine running that may be interfering with the mongod's permissions. As this ticket does not appear to be a bug, I will now close it. If you need further assistance troubleshooting, I encourage you to ask our community by posting on the MongoDB Developer Community Forums. If the discussion there leads you to suspect a bug in the MongoDB server, then we'd want to investigate it as a possible bug here in the SERVER project. Regards, |
