At the end of the test, before teardown, it's possible for the cluster to be in "downgrading to lastLTSFCV from latestFCV". When the cluster is in this state running setFCV to 'latestFCV' will fail, since the cluster is in the middle of a downgrade. See linked BF for more info on what the bug is. |
