We should create two baseline sys-perf variants (1-node and 3-node cluster) with telemetry disabled. This will also ensure we haven't introduced any regressions outside of the feature flag. These variants should run ycsb and tpch. |

I think this is tracked in the "all feature flags" variants, which enable the telemetry store feature flag but do not configure the sampling rate, leaving it off. I'll make sure we look at those during our perf analysis, but there's no extra work to do here I don't think. |
