Given that the slow shutdown is currently not being used, and is known to be insufficient for real use cases, we should disable coverage in ASAN and TSAN builds. The ASAN and TSAN failures in that code are causing BF noise on code that we plan to revisit anyway. |

Will we will also need to disable leak checking? We will lose LSAN coverage? |

I am skeptical of this ticket. Is slow shutdown something that we will eventually want? Is this in development? Or is this a legacy feature that we are trying to remove? |
