| Description |
|
After switching to v8, LINK has been running out of virtual address space while attempting to link TEST.EXE. We can use the special 3GB extension to link this, but it would be tough to require this of our Windows 32-bit development community. We could simply forgo building and running of TEST.EXE on Windows 32-bit, or we could try slimming it down. |

We fixed this by enabling IncreaseUserVA (via bcdedit) on the buildslave. Docs will need to be updated saying that this may be required to fully build MongoDB on Windows 32-bit. |
