 Description

Right now the number of partitions is based mostly off the number of cores available on the system, with some logic for maintaining a minumum partitions size. Based off some performance investigations, a maximum partition size would be helpful to reduce the amount of time spent locking and copying a partition into DocumentSourceQueryStats.
