grepping the source, it seems mongos doesn't support the secondaryAcceptableLatencyMS option of the $readPreference object. Let's complete mongos's implementation of the Read Preference spec and support secondaryAcceptableLatencyMS. |

We changed our minds, mongos won't allow the driver to set secondaryAcceptableLatencyMS. |
