 Description

Hi,

unfortunately I don't find any RPMs for SLES or any specific documentation.
AFAIK there are plans to get a certification by SuSE - which is the state.

Is MongoDB fully supported on SLES 11.2?

Best regards
Halil

SuSE is now added as a certified platform on 10gen.com and the Enterprise datasheet:

The standard MongoDB packages are meant for any 64-bit linux distribution using a kernel of 2.6.18+

For the subscription edition, where we validate against certain enterprise distros, we do in fact support SUSE 11.

I am also very interested in seeing support for SLES, or at least having the static builds available for download again, like in 2.0.x version.

We run mostly SLES11 SP1 but SP2 is in near term horizon.

Hey Halil, MongoDB is supported across all linux variants, including SLES 11.2, although we have no definite plans to get an official SuSE certification.

I'm leaving this open and changing to a task to track our interest in pursuing that certification.
