The cron should be run as part of "* STM Daily Cron" and should make it clear the failing github usernames so that BFs can be assigned to the correct people. |

We want to do this because if anyone working at mongodb has a fork of the open source repo they could accidentally publish the enterprise code. This is just designed as a safeguard against accidentally doing that. The BFs created from this should be assigned to the users who have these forks. |
